Tina has been helping people realize their full potential through career and life coaching over the past decade. Having a combination of experience in the fields of coaching, education, and human resources—as well as working in the corporate world, as a freelance, and as a small business owner—gives her unique and practical insights into the realities that face members of today's workforce who are seeking a more rewarding work life. Tina is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator as well as a certified Job and Career Transition Coach. She is a member of the National Career Development Association and the Career Planning and Adult Development Network. She is also a member of the Association for Psychological Type and a professionally qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. She is a member of the Graduate School of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation and is a founding member of the International Association of Coaches.
In addition to her training in conventional career coaching and job-search modalities, Tina works with the Zen and the Art of Career Empowerment method of career discovery and development. She has extensive experience coaching clients through this method, which is designed to facilitate the discovery of a purpose-filled, creative life's work and help launch a new career path within this new work paradigm.
